I speak on the topic of "Make Follow Up Fun".  As a person who used to forget birthdays, and let slip calling people back, I have been a seeker of solutions, and done my fair share of making myself to blame.  Reformed now, :-) I always ask "How Can I Make This Fun?" and I share my wisdom picked up along the way to being at ease in following up with people.
