I am a Certified Empowerment Coach and founder of ThreeFold Coaching. I am an Energy Leadership Professional with iPEC, the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching, and a member of the International Coach Federation and the Association for Global New Thought. In addition, I am a founding member of Spirit s Light Foundation, an alternative ministry with the Association of Unity Churches whose mission it is to train, empower, and support youth and family ministry workers, parents, teachers, and ministers.

My daughter, Emma, and I have recently published our first children s book, The Tiny Caterpillar, which takes the reader on a sweet and simple journey of the soul as Tiny Caterpillar comes to know herself as a Divine expression of God. The rhymed verse and colorful illustrations invite children of all ages to experience the mystery and beauty of our spiritual unfolding. Emma and I live in Oak Park, Illinois with our many furry friends.

As a long time student of metaphysics, I enjoy bringing my skill and understanding of the interrelatedness of mind, body, and spirit, to my work with clients, helping them achieve greater consciousness, wholeness, and harmony in every aspect of their life.

I do this by helping them not only identify and clarify their inner purpose, passion, and capabilities but also by helping transform any counterproductive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that hold them back from expressing, and sharing, their true gifts.

Leadership Development Coaching
I partner with individuals and organizations who are deeply committed to uplifting the lives of others, by taking their leadership capacities to the next level. I do this by working closely with them to not only remove any obstacles preventing extraordinary success, but also by helping them develop into exceptionally motivational leaders with the ability to inspire others to greatness.

I am a highly qualified expert at delivering the Energy Leadership Development System, an innovative process that develops a personally effective style of leadership that positively influences and changes not only yourself, but those with whom you work and interact, as well as your organization as a whole.
