-Would you like to prepare, quick, healthy, delicious meals?
-Are you frustrated from not getting results from the latest fad diet?
-Are you ready to make lasting changes in your life?
If you have answered YES to any of these questions you will highly
benefit from
holistic nutrition counseling.
What is Holistic Nutrition: Holistic Nutrition is a way of eating that
integrates and synthesizes the best of all nutritional theories. The
word holistic means that the body, mind and spirit are integrated as
one. There is no perfect way of eating that works for everybody. We
are all different and as individuals we need to eat differently.
What I do: My name is Csilla Bischoff and I am a Certified Nutrition
Counselor
working privately and in groups supporting people to lead powerful
lives using food as a vehicle to do so.Through the awareness and enjoyment
of eating high quality food, clients make changes in their daily diet
that last.
The work we do together is about nourishment. Once you can understand
the messages your body is giving you through cravings, mood swings,
energy drops, or chronic infections, you can nourish it with what it
truly needs. I offer you tools for creating lifelong health in a fun
and pleasurable way.
The foods we eat create our blood, go into our organs, and become our
body. When we have energy and good health, there's no end to what we
can accomplish in life! This nutrition program is unique, fun and beautifully
simple.
