My skills as a coach have been developed over my entire working career in positions such as Human Resources Manager, Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Corporate Sales Coach. These experiences have occurred in many industries, including Food and Beverage, Insurance, Retail Department Store, Chemical and even a Dance Studio!
Throughout my career, I have always aspired to improve myself. After achieving my undergraduate degree in Business Administration, I entered the workforce and took as many workshops and seminars my company would support!
I acquired my Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. I later achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Centenary College and became a Core Essentials Graduate (CEG) through Coach U.
I am a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a member of SHRM, International Coach Federation and New Jersey Professional Coaches Association.
