There are some days in our life that seem to go by so quickly. Before we know it, it is time to pick up the kids, time to go to the store, time to get to the meeting, time to go to yoga class, time to cook dinner and then time to go to bed. It seems there is simply not enough time for all the things and people we would like to enjoy and accomplish. It seems sometimes that there is simply no time to just BE. How can you make the most of your time? Many experts tell us the key is time management – planning our time and then sticking to it. How do you do this? Make a list, don’t deviate from it and do the important things first. It sounds simple, but the fact is that it takes practice and it takes discipline. We know that it takes 30 days to create a habit. We also know that 30 days starts with day one, and day one starts with the first hour and the first hour starts with the first minute. So start with the first minute, start with now. Make your list, prioritize it and then follow your plan. And make sure to add “ME time” or “BE time” to your list. Even a few minutes, solely for you, will make you feel well cared for and in control of your time. Now,
