Have you ever noticed that a single smile can melt away the fear from children and even the most staunchly serious adults? Try this... when you meet someone who appears to be very “serious”, simply look into their eyes and smile as you greet them. One of two things will happen: They will become uncomfortable with your friendliness and openness and perhaps look for some other “serious” person to talk to; or more likely, you will see their features soften, their eyes sparkle and the corners of their lips turn up in a smile to match your own. From the moment this happens, you have warmed their heart and found an opening for a meaningful, fun and potentially fruitful relationship. a Beginners Level Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Class at the
