Looking at Networking as Learning...
Have you ever thought of a network meeting as a learning opportunity? In fact, do you still look at life in this way? When we're kids, it's our job to learn; it provides the basis for our future and we even have fun doing it. As adults, our jobs take on a different form and everything seems "more important, more serious and more demanding". What if we looked at our jobs as a learning opportunity? What if we looked at networking as a way to make ourselves more well-rounded, more knowledgeable and more of a resource to serve others? Then, perhaps we could be more like children... to Yoga at the Center for Holistic Wellness! Starting
Monday, August 8th at 9:30am until 10:30am. There will be
a Beginners Level Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Class at the
Center.
Cost: $10.00 ~
10:30 - 11:00 Discussion of incorporating the Laws into every aspect of our
lives.
What to bring: A yoga mat, a bath size towel and a smile
If you do not have a yoga mat bring an extra towel to lie on.

Reiki
: Level I Experience Class
September 10th, Saturday
from 9AM-4PM. The first level
student is taught: Reiki Universal Life Energy and the way
it flows through our bodies andout our hands and feet. They
are instucted in Reiki hand positions that broadly correspond
to the seven energy centers of the body called Chakras. Classes
