their clothing or a piece of jewelry they chose to wear,
the products or services they represent.
It is in recognizing
another that we also gain recognition and awareness for ourselves.

to Yoga at the Center for Holistic Wellness! Starting
Monday, August 8th at 9:30am until 10:30am. There will be
a Beginners Level Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Class at the
Center.
Cost: $10.00 ~
10:30 - 11:00 Discussion of incorporating the Laws into every aspect of our
lives.
What to bring: A yoga mat, a bath size towel and a smile
If you do not have a yoga mat bring an extra towel to lie on.

Reiki
: Level I Experience Class
September 10th, Saturday
from 9AM-4PM. The first level
student is taught: Reiki Universal Life Energy and the way
it flows through our bodies andout our hands and feet. They
are instucted in Reiki hand positions that broadly correspond
to the seven energy centers of the body called Chakras. Classes
will be limited to 8 students for the sake of providing personal
