Give thanks for all the Turkeys and give thanks for all the Pies! These are
words we can use to describe some people in our lives. Without their unique way
of thinking and of living, we may not as easily be able to formulate our own
views
on
life. The Turkeys in our life represent the tough choices, the unsavory deeds
and the
mistakes that make us go “Ugh”. The Pies in our life represent the sweetness,
the beauty, the passion and the wisdom. Together, they help us become who we
are. They help to form our thoughts and our attitudes; and indeed, they help
us to form our lives. So let’s give thanks for all of them… the Turkeys and the
Pies! Now, that’s
